Tom Penman is a highly experienced tax professional with a distinguished career. He began as an HMRC Inspector, eventually becoming the Head of the Edinburgh Tax Office. Following his tenure at HMRC, Tom joined EY as a Director of Tax Risk Management for the UK & Ireland, where he led a team specializing in HMRC enquiry management for over a decade. He then became a Partner of Tax at Baker Tilly. Tom joined PGR Advisory this year to provide expert assistance in enquiry mitigation and resolution.
