Robert McConnell was engaged by an Aerospace Machined Component Manufacturer/Supplier. They had been in receipt of funding previously, but had not maximized their opportunities nor had a consistent approach to project road-mapping or administration. They had engaged with ‘one-man-band’ advisors previously.
Following a recommendation and an number of meetings with the Senior Management Team the Managing Director, Engineering Director and Finance Director embraced our pragmatic approach, experienced team and strategic process.

As the client has evolved their complex business structure we have continued to work with them and are engaged in sourcing and securing R&D funding and funding for growth across the business and a sister business in the group.
